The terms “buyer”, “customer” and “you” refer to person who buys the products and/or services from us. MedLab Training Centre Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Please note that our injectable products must only be administered by trained and/or accredited medical professionals. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us.
3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. 4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or offer per customer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
5. METHODS OF PAYMENTS
Prices on our website are shown in either EUR, GBP or USD.
We process payments via PayPal. You can read their T&C and Privacy Policy here
6. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX
All prices shown on medlab-training.com are exclusive of VAT ( or import duties where applicable ).
You may be required by your local authorities to pay import duties & customs when your order arrives. All taxes and import duties are your responsibility (the importer) and we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer (the importer) to know the rules and regulations of your country.
No VAT is payable on orders within EU to customers with valid VAT number.
When you register your VAT number our team will then start the process to verify it. Once we receive confirmation that information provided is a valid VAT number we will inform you of same and you will then be eligible to purchase products in our store VAT-exempt.
Please note VAT will be added until the above steps are completed.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear on the list please contact our customer service team for a quote.
7. ACCURACY INFORMATION AND ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
In order to make a purchase on our site you need to register with us and create an account. You will then be able to purchase products on our website.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to it, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. MedLab TrainingLtd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders delivery time depends on the shipping destination. MedLab Training Centre Ltd does not accept any responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery. Shipping costs vary and will be stated at the checkout before payment is processed.
FillerBoutique Ltd accepts returns within 7 days from the receipt of the product provided that products are unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it ( i.e. all original packaging/foil ) and the reason for return falls under one of the following :
  • Product was wrongly received
  • Product contains manufacturing defects
  • Product was damaged upon arrival
 
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can best assist you with your return. No refund will be processed prior to authorisation from our representative. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to pay for the purchase ( excluding delivery charges ).
In certain circumstances we reserve the right to provide store credit in lieu of a refund.
9. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MedLab Training Centre Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
15. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. SECTION TRAINING COURSE
I General Terms and Conditions
 
  1. Students must agree to the following terms and conditions as part of the booking process. Failure to do so will result in booking not being authorised.
  2. Participants arriving late will be refused entry onto the course (see section 2)
  3. Failure of participants to attend the full duration of the event will result in incompletion of the course and relevant certificates will not be issued
  4. Cancellation fees will apply once a booking request has been placed (see section 2)
  5. Students are required to ensure that a full payment has been made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  6. If a training course is cancelled due to any of the following: low intake of students • unforeseen circumstances such as sickness to a facilitator, departmental emergencies, Students will be rebooked on to the next available date or a full fee paid will be refunded.
  7. Students who fail to turn up on the course date will not be offered a return of the fee paid.
  8. MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd. will not provide any costs incurred for additional cover (Travel, childcare accommodation etc...)
  9. Students will be required to comply with all local policies and procedures.
  10. Failure to do so may result in contract termination
  11. All trainings are subject to availability
  12. The MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd training materials and documentation are controlled and owned by MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd. These are not to be distributed or shared with third parties by any unauthorised person(s). Any breaches in this will result in termination of a contract (see section 3)
  13. These terms and conditions supersede any and all previous terms and conditions under MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd.
II Refunds & Cancellation Policy
 
  1. Our standard payment terms require a full amount of the course fee to be payed at the time of booking to secure your course place, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Cancellations of >14 days’ notice will result in 50% of the payment being retained by MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd.
  3. Cancellations of >7 but <14 days will result in 75% of the payment being retained by MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd.
  4. Cancellations of <7 days will result in 100% of the course fee being retained by MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd.
  5. Any participants arriving late will be refused entry with 100% of the course fee paid being retained by MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd.
 
III Termination of Honorary Contract
 
MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd. reserve the right to terminate an honorary contract if any of the following occur:
 
  • Failure to follow any of the local and/or national policies
  • Failure to follow any of the local procedures 
  • Unprofessional conduct
  • Failure to complete assessment
  • Where students have been deemed to put staff and/or delegates at risk
  • Any breach of confidentiality or data protection
  • Any breach of training documentation or materials being shared or distributed by any unauthorised person(s)
 
MEDLAB TRAINING CENTRE Ltd reserve the right to retain 100% of the course fee if contract is terminated.
