PLATELET RICH FIBRIN (PRF) TRAINING COURSE 
 
Platelet-rich fibrin is a three-dimensional structure, the matrix of which is made of fibrin. In the areas of the three-dimensional fibrin network, there are high concentrations of non-activated, functional, intact platelets, white blood cells, as well as mesenchymal stem cells.
Together with fibrin, all the elements create a structure of matrix – a spatial structure which permanently and for a long period of time stimulates platelets to release growth factors, cytokines and effectively manages the migration of mesenchymal stem cells to the place of body injury.
The growth factors and stem cells released from the fibrin network space strongly stimulate the biological tissue renewal.
Effects
A simple procedure of I-PRF obtaining uses only the physiological characteristics of blood. Blood is collected and centrifuged without any anticoagulants or artificial activators.
In methodology of the obtaining of platelet-rich fibrin for injections, it is very important to control time from the moment the blood has been collected, through centrifugation, until the moment the liquid platelet-rich fibrin has been applied during the treatment.
Liquid fibrin applied topically into tissues immediately fills the spaces from the inside. Thanks to the spatial structure being created in the tissues, platelets, white blood cells and stem cells which are in the network are slowly released from the fibrin matrix, and what begins is the process of tissue, cells and vessels renewal, as well as angiogenesis.
